We offer exchanges and returns for online purchases. You can contact us through our Facebook page or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any questions regarding our return policy.
We will accept an unused return provided it meets the following guidelines:
- Returned within 30 days to store or via mail
- Item must be unworn, unwashed, unused with all original tags/labels attached
- Online purchases may be refunded or exchanged in store. In store purchases may not refunded online, but if you cannot get into a store please contact email@example.com
- Item is not listed as an excluded item as outlined below
- Gift Cards
- Items purchased online can be returned to our Melbourne store at 296 Brunswick St, Fitzroy, 3065, Victoria
- Items returned must include proof of purchase. For in-store returns receipt or bank statement is required
- Include a note with your return that includes your name, order number and whether you’d like a full refund or exchange.
- Exchanges for the same item can be made by specifying the desired size change within your returns note.
- If you’d like to exchange your item for a different item with a higher price, you’ll be required to pay the difference.
- We do not pay for return shipping costs
- Address return package to 296 Brunswick St, Fitzroy, 3065, Victoria
- We suggest using a trackable shipping service if shipping an item over $75.
- Allow 7-10 days for the items to be returned to the HoMie store
- Once received, HoMie will process the refund and notify you via email. Your refund will be credited back to you within a week, depending on the payment method chosen when purchasing
- If the item returned does not meet our Returns and Exchange Policy above your order will be sent back to you
