- Currently, orders are processed within 1-3 business days from time of payment.
- Standard shipping is free for all orders $125 and over within Australia.
- Express shipping is $11.99 for all orders within Australia.

- Delivery times may vary during peak periods such as holidays and sales.

- Free Local Pickup is available from the HoMie Store at 296 Brunswick Street in Melbourne, during our weekday store opening hours: 10am-6pm Monday-Friday.
- Customers will be notified when their order is ready for pick-up in-store via an email to their nominated email address.
- Upon collection, customers will be asked to present their order confirmation and/or a valid form of photo ID.
- Orders must be collected from the HoMie Street Store within 14 days of receipt of email confirmation stating that the order is ready for pick-up. If the order is not picked-up within this period, the items may be returned to the store stock and the customer will be issued a refund.
- If necessary, our HoMie Store Team will reach out to customers via email in regards to matters relating to the collection of their order.
- Gift cards are not available for purchase via Local Pickup.
- Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
You are welcome to exchange or return your online purchase within 60 days of delivery for any reason, providing that it meets the following guidelines:
- Returned within 60 days to store or via mail.
- Item must be unworn, unwashed, unused with all original tags/labels attached.
- Online purchases may be refunded or exchanged in store. In store purchases may not refunded online, but if you cannot get into a store please contact email@example.com.
- The following items are excluded for return: Gift Cards, Sale/Clearance items, Face Masks.

- Ensure your items are in their original condition, clean and with tags attached.
- Enter your details above or click here to receive your full refund instantly and purchase a pickup or drop-off return shipping label.
- Ship your items back to us at HoMie.
IN STORE RETURNS
- Items purchased in store can be returned to our Melbourne store at 2/296 Brunswick St, Fitzroy, 3065, Victoria. If you are not able to do so get in touch with us at email@example.com .
- Items returned must include proof of purchase. For in-store returns receipt or bank statement is required.
- Please address return package to 35- 53 Emma St, Collingwood, 3066 Victoria, with a note with your return that includes your name, order number and whether you’d like a full refund or exchange.
- Exchanges for the same item can be made by specifying the desired size change within your returns note. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
- If you’d like to exchange your item for a different item with a higher price, you’ll be required to pay the balance.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty. If you purchased using PayPal, you may be eligible for a refund of your return shipping costs - more info on this here.
- We suggest using a trackable shipping service for your return.
- Allow 7-10 days for the items to be returned to the HoMie warehouse. Once received, we will process your request and notify you via email.
- If the item does not meet our Returns and Exchange Policy above your order will be sent back to you.
